These are the different stages of a project.

First discussion

During our first discussion via email or Skype, we’ll determine the needs of your business, the objectives of the project, the services needed and any other specific requirement for the project.

Customised estimate without any obligation

Once these aspects have been analysed, I’ll issue a customised estimate for the project without any obligation for the client. This estimate will include the deadlines for the different stages of the project, the price and the services included.

Project preparation

Before starting the project itself, I’ll gather all the necessary information for the project. This may include: additional information about the business, the files that need to be translated or localised, glossaries or style guides that need to be followed, among others.

Translation, localisation or copywriting process

With this information, I’ll start working on the project together with my team, following the deadlines specified in the estimate.

We’ll combine the gathered information and our expert knowledge and resources to process your files (specific translation tools, terminology databases, among others).

First draft and proofreading

In accordance with our quality assurance process, all our projects will be proofread at least a second time.

If the texts will be published on an online platform, another proofreading phase will be available once the text has been loaded on the platform to avoid potential mistakes before its publication (especially in the case of apps or websites).

Approval

Once the project has been submitted, the client has a week to check that everything is fine or suggest further corrections that will be implemented without any additional cost. The project will conclude with the client’s approval.
